How long does it take to assemble my PC?

Average lead time is 5 to 7 business days depending on component availability. We keep you informed at each step (order, assembly, testing, delivery). A 48h express option is available for standard configurations.

Can I provide my own components?

Yes, we can assemble a machine with your parts. We check compatibility and test everything. This includes a warranty on proper operation and post-setup follow-up (validation of assembly and initial setup). On request, we can complete with professional components.

Do you do maintenance and upgrades?

Of course! PC-Média offers maintenance contracts, upgrades (RAM, GPU, storage), cleaning, BIOS updates and software optimizations. We can also recover your old data and reinstall your business software.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card (SumUp), PayPal, bank transfer, and payment on delivery for businesses. We also offer IT leasing solutions on application review.
